Once you are happy with budget price...

We then arrange for our steel suppliers enineering estimator to visit the site and produce a comprehensive survey and CAD drawings of your building .

From this a project portfolio is produced complete with engineering drawings and a complete breakdown of the cost of the building ,errection and any foundation work you require.

This produces a transparent price list showing the cost of each stage ,so you can be sure of the most competative rates in the market - NOT a price that cloaks everything in an ONE TOTAL JOB price.

EVERYTHING UP TO NOW IS TOTALLY FREE .........

The Price Portfolio includes everything you need including...

. Details on planning and building regulations

. Price for using in house architect for applications

. Price for steelwork

. price for building errection

. price for any foundation / flooring work if req

. Details of all exterior finishes for cladding

. A total breakdown of all costs including vat etc.

ONCE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH FINAL PRICES ETC.

We now hand you over to our suppliers team,who will arrange for a deposit to be taken from you ,which can be held in a client account with a leading bank so you have total peace of mind.

A delivery date is agreed ,

The building balance is paid .

Your building arrives on site ,along with the errection engineers who will ensure your building is constructed to the highest standards.

Once the building is complete and they keys handed over you then pay for the steel errection.

YOU NOW HAVE A FIRST CLASS STATE OF THE ART WORKSPACE.

BUILDING DESIGN & SPECIFICATION

when you are happy with our budget quote we can ,using the latest CAD systems produce for you computer generated drawings and a formal comprehensive quotation.

Drawings will include foundation drawings + frame elevations + cladding specifications and colour choices.

Accommodation at this stage can be extended or reduced simply by adding or taking away modules.

At this stage we can if required discuss alterations in building spans and eaves heights to help maximise value for money on your building.

GROUNDWORKS & ERRECTION

If you wish we can undertake your setting out and excavate your foundations and base floor pad to the required specification to accept the steel building you have ordered.

We only use very experienced contractors who work on all of our projects and building errections.

Once your base pad is in place and ready to accept the building ,you will be amazed at the speed the building takes shape -under normal circumstances a 2000 sq foot building for example can be totally complete within 5-7 days from starting.

SITES FOR SALE AND WANTED

We are always looking for brownfield sites up to 1 acre and any interesting,small or difficult sites from 200 square metres.

With or without planning consent.

Sites already with buildings that require demolition.

If you wish to buy only the building for DIY assembly and errection

We will supply the building in kit form with all fixings ,including entry roller door(s)and personell door(s) at an extremely competative price.
